The 15th Annual G.O.K.I.D.S campaign (Giving our Kids Important Daily Supplies), sponsored each year by the Nassau County Volunteer Center’s Corporate Volunteer Council, will be held from July 6-August 5, 2015. In this campaign, school supplies are collected for needy students in every school in Nassau County and distributed by the schools at the beginning of the school year. Pencils, pens, markers, paper, notebooks, backpacks and more are requested. School supply drop-off locations include both branches of First Federal Bank, VyStar Credit Union, and First Coast Community Bank; CBC National Bank; Century 21/John T. Ferreira; City of Fernandina Beach City Hall and Utilities; Amelia Dental Group; Hilliard Pharmacy, Town Hall, Recreation Center, Library, and Winn-Dixie.
